Ruby and Diamond 14K Gold Ring - AH1544

This 14K yellow gold ring is a classic wagon wheel design.  The stone cluster has a center oval cut .20ct ruby.  A small row of round cut diamonds complete the hub. The spokes are baguette cut diamonds and then there is the outer row of round cut diamonds. The diamonds weigh a total of .55ct.
