Enameled Serpent in 14K Gold Bracelet - ET370
Enameled Serpent in 14K Gold Bracelet - ET370
This 14K yellow gold bracelet hails from the late 20th century. It is a beautiful example of the bold gold pieces that were being produced at the time and portrays a beautifully articulated serpent accented with vitreous enamel and 1.5ct of round cut sapphires, rubies and emeralds. An internal spring keeps the bracelet snuggly hugging the wrist.
Vitreous enamel—also known as porcelain enamel: A durable, glassy coating formed by fusing powered glass to a substrate, usually metal, at high temperatures. This process creates a smooth, non-porous, and visually appealing surface that is widely used in various applications due to its resistance to heat, chemicals, and corrosion.
Bracelet inner dimensions: 1 3/4”H x 2”W
Stone field measures: 1 3/4”L x 1 13/16”W x 5/8”D
Serpent body as it passes under the wrist: 1/2” Diameter
Hallmarks: 14K
