This 14K yellow gold ring contains a unique combination of stones. Central to the design is a round white star sapphire cabochon weighing .85ct. Off one side are 4 marquise cut rubies weighing .18ct. Off the other side are channel set round diamonds that altogether weigh a .10ct.
